The Gourmet Sandwich Table:

The Woodruff Hotel offers a beautiful presentation of sandwiches, soups, and salads on a lovely decorated table placed in your event room.  The delicious sandwiches and food are prepared in our kitchen and then displayed in a beautiful setting for you and your guests to enjoy buffet style.  Planning the menu for your event is easy - please select from the following options:

 

FRESH SALADS  &  GREENS:

Please choose one of the following:

Garden Fresh Salad:  Fresh chilled lettuce tossed with tomatoes, seasoned crutons, grated monterey jack & cheddar cheese . . . served with our house ranch dressing

Seasonal Vegetable Platter:  A variety offering of seasonal and fresh vegetables and greens . . . served with our house ranch dressing side

Seasonal Fresh Fruit Platter:  A beautiful variety of seasonal and fresh fruits on a large platter 

 

DELICIOUS GOURMET SOUPS:

Please choose one of the following:

Loaded Baked Potato Soup:  A creamy collaboration of potato soup with a hint of smooth cheddar cheese and tangy sour cream

Creamy Tomato Pesto:  A delicous blend of creamy roasted tomatoes with a hint of zesty pesto 

 

GOURMET SANDWICH SELECTION:

Please choose one of the following:

Harvest Chicken Salad on Croissant:  Diced oven-roasted chicken, gently tumbled with apples, grapes, chopped pecans, and our fresh mayonnaise . . . heaped on a large croissant 

Oven Roasted Turkey Club:  Sliced roasted turkey, crisp bacon, lettuce, tomato, and provolone cheese dressed with our fresh homemade pesto mayonnaise . . . layered on an oven baked whole-grain bread

 

DESSERT OPTION:

A frosted sheet cake is available upon request for an additional charge and can serve up to 40 guests.  Please make your requests for this dessert when booking your event. 

 

BEVERAGE SELECTION:

Each event includes ice water and an additional beverage of your choice:

Classic Country Lemonade  or  Raspberry Delight Lemonade

 

 

Pricing for this personalized menu is $15.50 per guest - minimums may apply
